What happens if there's damage or a problem with a guest?

We have 24/7 emergency response availability. For corporate let, PropertyFlow covers all damage under our operational insurance (Public Liability £10M, Professional Indemnity £100K per claim). For managed service, you approve claims over £250. We photograph all damage, document incidents, and handle deposit deductions or insurance claims. Note: PropertyFlow's insurance covers our operations — landlords should maintain their own building and contents insurance.

Do I need planning permission to do short-term lets?
