Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You get the full PMS on up to 3 properties — £0 a month, no card required. Airbnb bookings carry 0% commission, other OTAs 5%.
How does Premium pricing work?
Your first 3 properties stay free. From your 4th, Premium is £9.99 per extra property per month — and your other-OTA commission drops from 5% to 3% (Airbnb stays 0%). It auto-upgrades only when needed.
What exactly does the 50/50 Partner split cover?
On top of the full platform, we run every ground operation — linen, cleaning, changeovers, logistics and maintenance, plus backend and compliance. It is a genuine partnership, so we grow when you do.
Can I move between plans?
Any time. Most operators start free, auto-upgrade to Premium as they grow past three properties, then apply to Partner when they want to go hands-free. No setup fees, no lock-in.
Why is Partner by application?
Because it is a real operational partnership, not a subscription. We want to make sure it is the right fit both ways before we take on your properties.
