PropertyFlow is a short let management platform for UK hosts. Live on the App Store and Google Play, paying users, real bookings running through it every day. Almost nobody has heard of us. That is the problem you are being hired to solve.
You will own marketing end to end: paid acquisition, content, brand, and a small in house team of three that you hire yourself in your first two weeks. You report to the Director. There is no marketing department above you and no agency behind you.
What you own
- Signups, connected properties and paying properties.
- The monthly budget, which you propose and defend.
- A weekly Monday report from GA4, Search Console, HubSpot and the app stores, in the same format every week, without being asked.
- HubSpot pipelines and lifecycle.
- The content calendar, the scripts and the podcast.
- The App Store and Google Play listings.
- The trust programme: reviews on Capterra, GetApp and Trustpilot, app store ratings, and comparison content that ranks.
What we need
- Five to eight years in digital marketing, at least three of them hands on with paid acquisition you ran yourself.
- Direct experience marketing to a UK or Western European audience, and British English you write rather than translate.
- SaaS, software or subscription product experience. Selling a £9.99 a month product is a different discipline from selling a £5,000 service.
- Currently hands on in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console to the point where you can build a conversion event, debug it and prove it fires.
- Strong writing, because content sits inside your team and you are the editor.
- Experience managing at least two people.
- Comfort with a small budget. Month one media is roughly £2,000.
Not a fit if
- You have only run marketing through agencies.
- You report in impressions and reach rather than cost per acquisition.
- You want to set strategy and review other people's work. At this stage you are in the ad account and in the documents yourself.
