1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how PropertyFlow Technologies Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage and software development kits in the apps) on propertyflow.uk, app.propertyflow.uk and the PropertyFlow apps, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are needed for the site to work; others tell us how the site is used or measure advertising. Pixels and software development kits do a similar job on web pages and in apps.
3. Consent
When you first visit the website we show a banner. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you choose to accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of every page. In the apps, analytics can be switched off in Settings.

5. Third-party cookies
Google, HubSpot and Meta set their cookies under their own privacy policies. We use them only in the ways described above and only with your consent for analytics and marketing.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the platform will not work.
