Sub-processors

About this list
PropertyFlow Technologies Ltd uses the third-party providers below (sub-processors) to run the PropertyFlow platform, website and apps. This is the list referred to in section 8 of the Privacy Notice and in Schedule 2 of the Platform Terms. Each provider is bound by a contract that limits its use of personal data to the purpose shown.
We give Hosts 30 days' notice of any new sub-processor by email or in the platform (Platform Terms, clause S2.5). Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers are made under the safeguards described in section 9 of the Privacy Notice.

Booking channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Agoda, Trip.com, Hopper, Google Vacation Rentals and others you connect) are independent controllers of the data they hold, not sub-processors. They are described in section 8 of the Privacy Notice.
Our group company PropertyFlow Management Partners Ltd (company number 17335928) receives data for managed properties and the Partner Programme as described in section 8 of the Privacy Notice; it is not a sub-processor.
